Football Program Ad Order
Reserve your space today!
Instructions on How to Purchase a Football Ad:
1. Review the corporate sponsorship levels below.
2. Choose the appropriate sponsorship level in the drop box.
3. Choose one of the ad designs based on the ad size included in your sponsorship or submit your custom ad per the specifications listed.
4. Upload pictures and logos on this website.
- Logos and images preferred in High Resolution PDF, jpeg, or png. No Word, Publisher, or Works documents. Minimum resolution of 300 dpi for all files.
5. Turn in sponsorship payment and seat requests to Teresa Thompson in the Athletic office.
***EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT UNTIL WEDNESDAY, JULY 10TH. IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AN EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT ALL *ADS, LOGOS, AND PAYMENT MUST BE TURNED IN BY NOON ON JULY 10TH (*UNLESS AN AD PICTURE IS BEING TAKEN BY W. JONES PHOTOGRAPHY).***
After July 10th reserved seats will be available to everyone. Previous sponsors get the first choice on seats until July 10th.
August 1st - final deadline for sponsorship and artwork/photos for football programs due.
PROGRAM PICTURES
Program Pictures will be taken at the following times on Saturday, August 3rd and Monday, August 5th. Please arrive at least fifteen minutes before your reserved ad time.
Saturday, August 3rd
8:00 - Varsity team photo
8:05 - Football coaches and all underclass football players individually, family and ads
8:30 - All senior football players individually, family and ads
8:45 - Senior football players group picture
8:50- Senior cheerleaders group picture
8:55 - Senior cheerleaders individually, family and other ads
9:00- All other varsity cheerleaders individually, varsity group, and ads
9:10- Senior Band & Reagle with parents/family
Monday, August 5th
3:30 - Junior High football team photo
3:35 - Junior High individual pictures and family ad pictures
3:50- JV Cheerleader group, individual and ad
4:00 - Band group and individual pictures
4:15 - Band ad pictures
