Carline Times and Instructions
Cars arriving before 7:30 a.m. should park in the grammar parking lot until carline staff waves your car forward. Students should not be dropped off before 7:30.
PLEASE NOTE: On the Early Morning Carline we no longer use the yellow flag. You will be waved forward by a carline staff member when it is your time to pull forward.
Grammar (1st – 6th grade)
7:30 – 8:00 morning carline – Class begins at 8:00
Red – 2:30 – 1st & 2nd grades (Those not in red carline will stay in their classroom)
Blue – 2:40 – 3rd & 4th grades (Those not in blue carline will stay in their classroom)
Green – 2:50 – 5th & 6th grades (Those not leaving will stay in their classroom)
Logic (7th & 8th grade)
7:30 – 8:00 morning carline – Class begins at 8:00
Silver – 3:00 – 7th & 8th grades
Rhetoric (9th – 12th)
7:30 – 8:10 morning carline – Class begins at 8:30
Gold – 3:25 – 9th – 12th grades
Morning drop off
For grammar students – follow the procession of cars towards the gym. Stay in the left lane as you turn back toward the grammar school and drop off will take place in front of the building. Faculty and students will be there to open car doors.
For logic/rhetoric students – follow the procession of cars towards the gym. Stay in the right lane and drop off will be at the gym.
For those dropping off in both schools, the logic/rhetoric student will be dropped off first and then the parent will merge into the traffic to the left going to the grammar school.
